or Selling a home in WAMG

When a home is sold, there is a $250.00 HOA membership transfer
fee payable to: Wildwood at Meadow Gate, c/o Heritage Property
Management Services, Inc. Both buyers and sellers should contact Heritage at
770-451-8171 for instructions and further information.
- Annual
Assessment

The 2008 annual assessment has been set a $515.00. The first
half, $257.50, is due on February 1, 2008, and the second half is due
on May 1, 2008. Failure to pay on time is subject to penalty and interest
charges. Heritage Property Management will send out statements to remind us that the assessment
payment is due.
