Include your name, address and contact phone number. If you have lost only one
card include the card number(s) still in your possession. (Please note there
is a $25.00 charge for each card replaced.) Why do I have to pay assessments?Assessments are the only way that WAMG can obtain the money to maintain the property and make improvements. Each WAMG property owner owns a percentage of the common area and, by keeping up this area, everyone's property value is maintained. When are Board of Directors Meetings?Meetings are normally held at the clubhouse starting at 6:30 PM the third Tuesday of every month. If you have an issue you want to bring before the board, contact us info@wamg.org at least a week ahead of time so that we can schedule time in our agenda. What happens at Board meeting?The Board of Directors conducts its business at these meetings. Votes concerning the expenditures, budgets, maintenance and projects are taken. ARC appeals are voted on. When is the Annual Homeowners Meeting?Generally it is held on a Thursday evening in February. The Board announces the meeting to property owners via US Mail to the address of record of the property owners. What happens at the Annual Meeting?The Board of Directors conducts the Annual Homeowners Meeting to allow for the election of new Board Members, approval of any items that the Covenants require a vote by the property owners, a discussion of the Annual Budget, and any other business that may come before the Association. Property Owners can vote on issues in person or by proxy (voting by proxy requires filling out a form in advance of the meeting) I want to become a Board Member. What do I do?Board Members serve two year terms starting in February after the election at the Annual Meeting. Contact the Board of Directors at a meeting or via US Mail by January 15 prior to the Annual Meeting so that your name can be added to the ballot.
