WAMG Information Website

Wildwood at Meadow Gate is an architecturally controlled community and has a set of Protective Covenants that state what cannot be done to a property within WAMG without approval of the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). The Architectural and Landscape Guidelines, which may be modified from time to time, have been developed to supplement and amplify the Covenants. The overall goal of the Covenants and Guidelines is to keep Wildwood at Meadow Gate an attractive and desirable place in which to live.

To make a property modification, a WAMG homeowner must fill out the Request-For-Modification form and submitted to:

The request is then logged in sent to the ARC for review. If it meets all of the guidelines, the ARC will then notify the homeowner of their decision.
